About Us
Miami Warehouse contains approximately 1,415,000 square feet of gross building area and sits on 160 acres. This industrial building was constructed in 1944 with the last expansion completed in 1978 by B.F. Goodrich Tire Manufacturing Company. B.F. Goodrich closed the doors on production in 1986 and it has since been used as a distribution warehouse.
Due to the large capacity of the warehouse it could be leased by multiple tenants or could be leased and used as a manufacturing facility.
Ceiling heights range from 14 feet to 22 feet and the entire facility is protected by wet/dry sprinkler system and equipped with security system throughout. Other features include:
